I showed Belle the choices and she picked this Dora patch. Since receiving it this past week she's worn it twice.Note: ours differs a bit in that the stitching around it is white not blue, but that is not a big deal at all. Because these are handmade and the way the fabric is cut, our patch has both Dora and Boots. This was a huge bonus for her, actually! She really LOVES that it is Princess Dora but complains that its a little too big near on her nose. Despite this, it has gone to school on her which is pretty much a Belle seal of approval. We have since ordered her a few more of these including Ariel and Disney Princesses.

Still, the Peek-a-Boo patch is a good find if you want to pick up a variety of patches in kid-friendly patterns without going broke. The seller offers free shipping on additional items and the patch I ordered I received in just a few days.
UPDATE: The seller appears to be no longer listing these on ebay and has closed the eBay store. If you can sew these would be very easy to make. Unfortunately, I can't sew!

That's a great deal! It's not too difficult to make these really, $14 is a lot!
